What we collect and why

The consultation form collects your name, email address, selected service and message. We use these details to consider and manage your request. The relevant basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries. The acknowledgement checkbox confirms you have read this notice; it is not marketing consent.

Storage and access

Requests are saved in a restricted website administration area. Access is limited to authorised administrators and service providers operating the website where needed. The form does not send an automated email, take payment or create an account. Please avoid sensitive personal information, tenant identifiers, financial details and confidential attachments.

Retention

Website enquiry records are automatically deleted after 180 days, with daily cleanup. If a separate engagement is agreed, its records and retention arrangements will be addressed separately. Server backups are kept on a rolling basis for up to 14 days and are restricted to recovery purposes. Technical server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

Security and technical data

The server processes connection information such as IP addresses. A short-lived server-side rate limit helps prevent form abuse; it uses a keyed IP hash and expires after one hour. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed. Hosting and maintenance providers may process data where necessary to operate this website.
